To all our dearest reader!
I LOVE the color YELLOW! I have not forgotten this blog, just it takes to much time to always be writing here! Plus not that much happens in my life LOL! The last few blogs I have tired to write did not work for I was oh so very tired! So today is Thursday. I have grown to like my Bee One class! :D Mariah found some old stationary and wrote me a letter! Receiving mail is way better then texting and e-mailing! When I am married I will make my husband write me letter and send it to our house! Sounds fun...

Here is an update on my life.

School's great... I did fabulously on my science test... 47/53

that makes me happy.

it's still cold in the mornings and evenings here in utah, but its getting warmer, so i can set up my trampoline soon!

totally excited for Riah's birthday party on friday...

too many people keep inviting me to do stuff w/ them on the same day... four wheeling, ice skating, hanging out, regional dance, etc. i think i need to prioritize -- that or make less friends.

my family is awesome...

my sis is watching powerpuff girls and my other sister is messing with pictures on a really cheapo photoshop-like program that she has fallen in love with over the past couple days. my brother is being bossy. my mom is freaking out because the new NCIS didn't record.

so today me and my sibs were hauling firewood, but my sis went inside so me and my other sibs were waiting for her. we were playing soccer, just goofing off, and i fell into our fence and it broke! like half of it just fell over! didn't think i weighed that much... lol

well, i gtg now

Hey Blog-Readers!

This is Laura again.

Happy Monday!

Boo daylight savings, taking away my sleep and all. it makes me feel yucky.

so here is an update on my life. i'm currently writing this and reading my twitter while I listen to an extremely questionable Lady GaGa song that my friend sent me.

I'm also comparing laptops... if there are any readers out there who know anything about this, then your help would be much appreciated. I am currently trying to compare Dell Inspiron 15 and Dell Studio 15. They both cost about the same and have mostly the same features and extras, so I'm trying to find out which is better. I think I'll go to the Nerd Cave (aka Superior Computers) and ask about them sometime. If you know anything, please comment and tell me what you think of them.

Well, I'm going to go find something wholesome to listen to... maybe sung by someone who dresses like they have an ounce of self-respect.

Brilliant Idea!

Dear Riah, Laur and all the reader out there!
I have a brilliant beyond brilliant idea! :D Okay so I was listening to some of my old music and I remembered a dream of mine when I was younger. I always wanted to try out for American Idol. My dream included that I made it and the theme for the week was music from my youth. At that time I was a MAJOR fan of Rascal Flatts! In fact I still have most there songs completely memorized. So I decided that when I was on American Idol I would sing Rascal Flatts. Now I know I can't sing and I would not make it but I think when we are ALL 16 (that includes Laur) that we should go try out for fun! Lets do it!
Want to know how much I loved Rascal Flatts? Well before I listened to them I listened to that kiddy music, so my sister was ecstatic to know I liked Rascal Flatts. I would take my "Feels Like Today" CD everywhere! My sister would play this game: she would pick a random song then at a random time she would turn the music all the way down, and leave it for amount of time. I would be on the right beat and note to a pin point when she turned it back up!
Funny fact: When I was in 7th grade I started doubting my singing power. I asked my mom (who says I am good at singing which I am most certainly not) if I would make American Idol. She said maybe. I asked if I would win and she said. "Well you know there are alot of great singers out there, most likely would not win." Okay so that's not exactly what she said but it was close enough to seal the deal in my head that I would not sing again.

This is Laura, your favorite Leatherette of all!

Here is what happened today...

I woke up and got dressed and ate cinnamon biscuits for breakfast. Then I went to school and got there early, so I went and hung out with Mr. Spencer my bio teacher, which is where I posted my last post. Then I went to first hour, which is seminary. My teacher got really jazzed about faith and started running around the room with excitement. It was fun. 2nd hour is Spanish, and we watched a movie about Panama and read a story about a boy named Zeke who is going clothes shopping. 3rd hour is AP euro which was uneventful. then it was lunch, which I ate today! 4th hour is Honors LA and we read part of Julius Caesar. 5th hour was biology, which was fun because my Mr. Spencer recited Dr. Suess' ABC for us. Then I came home and read. Then my neighbors found an injured dog in their yard, so me and my mom took it to the animal shelter with a friendly police officer. Then I cleaned my room in anticipation of Shay coming over. Then I started writing this. Now Shay is here so i gtg.

End of the first week of the new tri! I could not be more excited to have a weekend! What a relief for me! This week was pretty long for only being 4 days. My classes do rock! I had a dream last night (that line always reminds me of a song :/ Laur would understand why.). SO ANYWAY about me dream: I was in AP euro history and I went to answer a question and everything went wrong! It was a scary nightmare! So today I went to raise my hand and I was to scared to. LOL. Seriously it just makes me catch up on answering next week. :( I must get over being scared of talking. Well Laur and Riah have already heard this story. Lol

New Trimester

As you know from other posts by fabulous people, today was the first day of the new trimester! I think that this is going to be great. No math for the first time in forever, an amazin' seminary teacher, and all the drawing time I could ever want!!! Who dreamt up this schedule? It's perfect!

Except for the fact that I don't have biology with Laura and Emma. So I guess that it isn't perfect. :(

I watched a Disney special today: Starstruck. It was obviously cheesy (Disney special. Yeah. Cheesy.). But it was fun to watch! I'm getting used to not having as much homework as usual. Man, I'm so ready for summer. Only 11 more weeks left!!!!!! !

New trimester!!!!

Hi Readers!!

Laura here!

So, if you read Emma's post then you would know that today was the first day of 3rd trimester. I like my classes, but not as much as my 2nd tri classes. I will write about each of them.

1st hour - Seminary - fabulous! seminary is always fabulous!

2nd hour - Spanish 2 - exactly the same class in exactly the same seating arrangement as before...

3rd hour - AP Euro - I miss my friends in this class... at least I have Destany and Richelle and Shawn this tri. :D

LUNCH!!!!

4th hour - honor's language arts - pretty much the same as before except the classes are scrambled and i sit somewhere new. we're reading Julius Caesar.

5th hour - biology. Emma's in that class. i like the teacher. he's funny. :D

well, i'd better go.

YouTubeness! Awesome word I know! Well this is Emma speaking! :D At the moment my laptop is uploading videos! It is for an AP Euro assignment that me and Laura are doing! It is all about Philosophes from Europe! I am not sure if it is as funny as we think it is. Let me suggest this: if you haven't taken AP Euro then do not watch it. Unless you just want to see our splendid creativity at work! I like explanation points!!!! The videos take FOREVER to upload! Like a 1/2 hour each! So I am writing to you. Yesterday I tried uploading the videos by wireless ways but it did not work out so well. So here I am again trying to see if they will upload! So far so good! :D I will give info on how to find the videos once they are up!
Today was the first day of a new tri! Exciting and also a little scary. What frightens me the most is a lot of my classes are requiring me to speak. :( :( :( Sadness. I do not like talking. I guess I will just practice self-discipline and work on raising my hand. :( One more sad face to show my sadness. :( It's okay I CAN DO THIS! Right?
Well 3 1/2 more videos to upload! Arg this takes to long!

Not-so-secret post because I'm at Emma's house right now so she knows i'm posting this

Hey Bloggers!
This is Laura!
I'm at Emma's house right now and we're supposed to be working on a school project but I'm exhausted so I'm blogging instead because blogging requires no energy or skill.
Guess what guys! (if there are any of you out there...) I might get a laptop! I'm super excited because laptops are way fun and I need one so I can do lots of work on the novel I'm writing. (that emma most ardently hates... lol)
So, for our school project we're making a puppet show about French philosophes. We will post it on this blog when we are done, but that could be a while because Emma's being really picky about how perfect this video is. But that's okay. For the record, this was supposed to be done like a month ago.
So I just discovered that Emma is ticklish! But I won't tickle her if she tells me who she likes and goes to the regional dance. I hope she agrees to those conditions, but I doubt it.
Emma is printing off pictures of Ursula from The Little Mermaid for our puppet show. I objected, but did she listen? Of course not! Silly Emma!
Well I'd better go before Ems takes her computer away from me and makes me get back to work...

Anyway! Who is excited for the NEW-AND-HOPEFULLY-AMAZING movie of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1? I am!! I wonder where they will end it. I'm thinking when Ron comes back from his 'man fit' and everyone's happy and hugging. That would be a good place, I think, because we'd all be smiling and leave with a soft glow in our hearts. ;)

Emma, Laura and I wanted to go to Florida to the new Harry Potter amusement park that's coming out soon. Unfortunately, we recieved a tragic reality check and now we don't know if we'll ever go. Sadness. BUT we've also decided to go to EFY next summer! It'll be fun. Hopefully we will be able to go to BYU. YAY FOR BYU!

Does anybody not like BYU? I am thinking almost everyone likes BYU. And if they don't... Well, let's just say my old man's in the mafia. heh heh heh *wink*
